If you're in San Francisco and haven’t inspected your fire escape this year, now’s the time. Great Escape Service & Inspection provides thorough, code-compliant annual fire escape inspections that meet both California Fire Code 1032.2.1.2 and San Francisco Fire Code Section 908.

Whether you’re a property owner, manager, or HOA, we help ensure your system is safe, legal, and reliable, year after year.

Meet All Egress & Safety Code Requirements

Under Chapter 10 of the California Fire Code, fire escape egress path—including stairways, balconies, and exits—must always be kept clear and usable. If your system includes security gates, fences, or locking enclosures, they must be pre-approved by a fire code official and must not block public access to the fire escape.

At Great Escape Service & Inspection, we ensure that every system we inspect meets these critical legal and safety requirements.
